Nice quiet inn with decent beer and good food. Stayed for one night, the room was more than adequate and the service from the team was excellent. Would return if in the area again.

This place is a little gem with nice Staff especially Alex who welcomed me and helped me with my bags to the adjoining building with the rooms - rooms was small but very cosy and the restaurant did good food and a good breakfast menu with decent coffee. i could hear people in other bedrooms chatting but it didn't bother me but might annoy others. The square its ST1 3 Stoke-on-Trent, UK on was peaceful and its on a really handy bus route. Decent Internet, smart tv with options to stream - Good value would recommend

Breakfast was off the scale, proportionate and delicious, served hot and very tasty, Sam was our waitress and was very polite, informative and helpful during our business visit, we weren't able to dine the same evening due to other commitments but based on the breakfast we can only imagine that this would have been worth it, we would definitely eat here again.

Such a lovely place to stay, a cosy little apartment with everything you could possibly need, the pub itself is also very welcoming, Alex the front of house manager was very chatty and made us very welcome he went above and beyond to make sure our stay and our dining experience was perfect. Thank you Alex for your hospitality, we will definitely be back it's perfect for us as we have family who live in the village.

Great Experience! The food was delicious and portions were just right. The chicken mango salad starter was fresh and refreshing. The steak for the main course was ok, and the apple crumble dessert was perfectly sweet, highlighting the apple flavor. The staff were incredibly welcoming and chatty, making the experience feel homely. Overall, really good food and a wonderful atmosphere!

My wife and I stayed overnight on our way home from Scotland. The room,though small ,was good with a nice shower and a very comfortable bed. We both had the 3 course set menu at 22 p.p.Every course was excellent.Breakfast reached the same standard. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Tremendous place and such great value.
